As you may already know, regular service is a requirement of any ATM. Even though they do not break down very often due to their rugged construction and minimal amount of moving parts, ATMs do require a very obvious kind of maintenance: money refill. Capital ATM provides this service as often as needed for you, and has an automated system designed to notify them as your ATMs cash reserves run low, allowing us to seamlessly add funds to your machine without hampering your daily operation.
Even though ATMs are rugged and don’t often need mechanical service, they do sometimes break down, requiring parts to be fixed or changed. This is an unfortunate but inevitable part of ATM operation, as with any mechanical process, such as a car or an airplane.
If your ATM becomes inoperable for any reason, a message is sent to Capital ATM automatically. Of course, it never hurts to call as well, but chances are we may already be aware of your problem. A Capital ATM representative will arrive at your business and inspect the machine. Most mechanical malfunctions are usually just simple jams, and don’t take much time to fix at all. If there is something more seriously wrong with your machine, the first option that Capital ATM will take in fixing your ATM is to take the part causing the malfunction out of the machine, and swap it out if possible. If a replacement part is not immediately available, a replacement machine might be installed, if only temporarily. If neither options are available, the machine will be put out of service, and the needed part will be ordered from the nearest available vendor at the highest delivery priority available.
If you require service, or need to contact us for any reason, please feel free to email us at dchenoweth@capitalatm.com, or call us at (843)867-5309, and ask for “Jenny”.
